Previous experience of working within a healthcare setting or with people who have experienced mental health difficulties would be preferable, but is not essential. Full training and ongoing support will be given. We welcome applications from those wanting a career change.

We operate on a 24/7 shift pattern which includes nights, weekends and public holidays.
Post holders will receive enhanced rates of pay for any unsocial hours worked (evenings/weekends/bank holidays).

The post holder will undertake a range of duties to participate in the delivery of care through involvement in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. This includes assisting with all activities of daily living, addressing the physical and mental health care needs of patients, while promoting individual health and wellbeing
