We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience in power caballing and utility contracts. This role involves managing pre- and post-contract systems and procedures for various civil engineering. You will report to the Chief Quantity Surveyor and manage commercial and contractual risks. Key Responsibilities Oversee the commercial and contract administration of assigned power and utility projects. Manage subcontractors, including negotiating rates, agreeing on variations, and assessing applications. Prepare, negotiate, and analyze tender submissions, and evaluate subcontractor responses. Handle contract administration, including valuations, variations, payments, and claims. Provide monthly cost reports and analysis for contract performance. Required Skills & Experience Experience in civil engineering and utility contracts. Strong customer focus and ability to maximize contract benefits. Proven track record of meeting business targets and KPIs. Problem-solving ability and attention to detail. Leadership and ability to manage site-based commercial and reporting systems. Skilled negotiator and communicator. Proficient with MS Office, Cost Control Systems (e.g., Envision), and industry-standard contracts (JCT, NEC, etc.).
