The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the schedules and communications of the directors within the business.As an Executive Assistant your responsibilities will include managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and preparing for board reviews amongst many other supporting and administrative tasks. To be successful in this role, you should be confident and able to build great relationships, be well-organised, have great time management skills and the ability to act without guidance.Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of the business by providing personalised and timely support to executive members and will be the key point of contact amongst executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.Overview of the Role:Executive AssistantSalary – £28,000 - £31,000Holidays: 30 days.
