We have two excellent opportunities for Assistant Site Managers to join our site teams based in either Storrington or Ringmer, Surrey. Both developments compromise of timber frame traditional build houses.
Your daily activities will include supporting in the day-to-day operation of the development as well as meeting Company objectives for safety, quality, production, cost and presentation.
* Working closely with the site team, assisting with their organisation, including contractors and sub-contractors and inducting all operatives and visitors
* Organisation of day-to-day site running’s, both in construction and operation
* Understand and implement Health & Safety and Environmental regulations.
* Maintain company quality and standards in accordance with NHBC and building regulations
* Management of materials, aligning these with the development and budgets
* Attend regular site meetings, and conducting regular site inspections

About You:
Proven experience of working within Residential property or house builder sector experience
Hold a professional or technical Building qualification
Experience and knowledge of building regulations, health & safety requirements, NHBC standards and other required building standards
Strong communication skills, with ability to build relationships with all levels of staff
Ability to organise and prioritise, and manage time constraints effectively
