Marketing Manager - Retail/ Ecommerce Brand - £40-45k + bonus scheme - Hybrid

What You'll Do:
Shape the Strategy: Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand presence.
Lead Campaigns: Own the execution of high-impact marketing campaigns across all brand channels (digital, social, email, etc.).
Team Leadership: Manage the Marketing Assistant and ensure all day-to-day activities are aligned with the overarching business objectives.
Collaborate & Coordinate: Work with internal teams and external agencies to deliver cohesive, data-driven marketing plans and campaigns.
Analyse & Optimise: Track and report on campaign performance, using insights to continuously improve future efforts.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials and messaging align with the brand identity and deliver a unified customer experience.
Budget Management: Collaborate on marketing spend to ensure alignment with sales targets and ROI optimisation.
New Opportunities: Identify and present innovative marketing opportunities that will drive the company growth.What We're Looking For:
3+ years of marketing experience - generalist marketer with good all-round knowledge
A strong track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that drive tangible results.
Hands-on experience with systems CRM/ Ecommerce/ Google Analytics
Proven success in managing marketing teams and collaborating with external partners/agencies.
Commercially minded, with a sharp eye for business objectives and aligning marketing strategies accordingly.
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
