Salary: £38,000 - £40,000pa Base: Hybrid working across Leicestershire, West Midlands and Derbyshire Hours: 40 per week - Monday to Friday About the Role: As a Registered Mental Health Nurse at IBC Healthcare, you will play a vital role in providing holistic, person-centred care to vulnerable adults. Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, you will ensue the people we support receive the therapeutic and clinical support they need to thrive. Your work will involve supporting individuals with complex care needs, promoting health and well-being, and empowering them to lead fulfilling lives within their communities. Key Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for clients with mental health conditions. Provide therapeutic interventions, including medication management and psychoeducation. Monitor and manage risks, escalating concerns appropriately. Build relationships with MDT. Social Workers, families, and core care teams to facilitate person specific care. Promote self-management and independence to the people we support Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and occupational therapists. Participate in case discussions, care planning meetings, and clinical reviews. Provide mentorship and guidance to the front-line care teams Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in line with organizational policies and professional standards. Prepare reports and contribute to audits, research, and service evaluations. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills. Attend supervision sessions and team meetings regularly. Adhere to the NMC Code of Conduct, organizational policies, and local safeguarding procedures.
