Your New Role: Our MES Installation and Servicing family is dedicated to driving increased value for the customer and long-term sustainable return on investment for lenders, through the relentless pursuit of improvement to process, systems, and data. It supports standardisation and continuous improvement and delivers the framework for data-driven business management. Reporting into our Operations Manager, as the Installation and Servicing Manager, you will oversee the MES New Build Installations and Annual Servicing calendar. You will coordinate resources, manage team certifications, and maintain competence records. Engage with ship owners, Port Captains, Marine Authorities, and Service Station Managers to plan and organize installations and services. This role will also give you the opportunity to travel globally.
What You Can Expect from the Role
Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:
1. Prepare and issue detailed installation plans to shipyards.
2. Coordinate with Survitec Service Station Managers to optimize resources.
3. Maintain and manage Survitec ESU equipment availability.
4. Attend and oversee new build installations and rotational deployments.
5. Promote and enforce a safety-first culture; implement health and safety procedures.
6. Develop and track KPIs to monitor and improve performance.
7. Ensure regular servicing and certification of equipment.
8. Report non-conformance issues and manage corrective actions.
9. Ensure availability of spares for continuous operations.
10. Manage emergency call-outs with minimal disruption to schedules.
11. Foster a team environment aligned with Survitec Values.
12. Implement workflow efficiencies to enhance customer experience.
13. Oversee training and development of the MES Global support team.
14. Adhere to budget constraints and manage costs effectively.

The Experience, Qualifications and Skills You Will Have
Essential Criteria:
1. Previous project management experience.
2. Natural problem solver.
3. Confident leading a team and being a central point of contact for our customers.
4. Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment.
5. Microsoft proficient.
6. Marine industry knowledge is highly desirable but not essential.
