They are looking to expand their existing team; and have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator. The ideal sales administrator should come from a building manufacturing industry background. You should have experience within Sales environment and hold advanced administrative skills. Outstanding Sales skills to understand and meet the departments objectives and provide excellent administrative support to ensure departmental targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
1. As a sales administrator you will be receiving and processing orders.
2. Liaising with the warehouse to complete customer requests.
3. As a sales administrator, you will be verifying orders, including customers' personal information.
4. Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain any missing information.
5. As a sales administrator you will be maintaining and updating customer records.
6. Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
7. Liaising with sales manager and assisting them with any queries.
