We are currently looking for a Commercial Administrator to work for a well-established social housing contractor in the High Wycombe area, on a permanent contract.
As the Commercial Administrator, you will be expected to:
1. Put together applications - Monthly/weekly/daily
2. Manage approval processes
3. Obtain quotes from suppliers
4. Process invoices
5. Compile data for weekly/monthly forecasting
6. Client interaction - confirming sign off dates, querying/answering basic information
7. File management
I am looking for a Commercial Administrator who:
1. Has relevant experience in a similar role within the housing industry
2. Is familiar with schedule of rates
3. Is IT competent - able to use Word, Excel, etc.
4. Literate and competent to put together an email when required
5. Numerate and able to pass the company's standard maths test upon starting
6. Is able to work in a team and communicate with people effectively
7. Has the ability to learn and understand what would be needed
8. Good problem-solving skills
In return, the Commercial Administrator will receive:
1. £30,000 - £40,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
