About the role
The EFI Group is committed to improving outcomes for its learners in English and Maths and has created a Group Head of English and Maths (Further Education) to drive learner success.
In this role, you will shape curriculum design to boost student outcomes, and lead strategic planning across the Fashion Retail Academy, London College of Beauty Therapy and Apprenticeships. Join us to deliver exceptional experiences and empower our learners to excel.
This is a non-teaching role that will oversee two Programme Managers located at both the Fashion Retail Academy and London College of Beauty Therapy.
About you
* Qualifications: PGCE and degree within subject area.
* Experience: Proven success in leading large English or Maths departments, managing teaching practices, and delivering academic excellence.
* Expertise: Exceptional knowledge of subject areas, post-16 education policies and practice, and effective teaching methods.
* Passion: You will be a motivational leader with exceptional interpersonal skills and an innovative approach to curriculum development—bringing enthusiasm and dedication to our FE team.

Salary:
From £58,000 to £63,800 per annum, subject to qualifications and experience
