Part time Accounts AssistantPertemps are currently recruiting for a Part time Accounts Assistant to join a manufacturing company based in Andover. This is a permanent position, working 25 hours per week across Monday to Friday.Responsibilities as an Accounts Assistant:- Process and maintain the purchase ledger- Processing invoices, reconciliations and payments- Maintain accurate detail of supplier information- Maintaining the sales ledger- Financial audit preparation- Ensuring all documents are loaded correctly on Sage accountancy systemRequirements:- Previous Accounts experience- Experience with Sage accountancy programme- Computer literate- Excellent planning and organisational skills- Proactive approach to all issues and processesThe Accounts Assistant role:- 25 hours per week, working Monday to Friday- Hybrid role, Will be required to work from the office on Tuesday and Thursdays- Flexibility to attend the office more when required- £26,000 - £30,000 full time equivalent- 20 days annual leave, rising one per year up to 28 plus bank holidays- Generous pension scheme- Private healthcare optionsIf you are interested in this Accounts Assistant position, please apply below or get in touch with Jemma at Pertemps....
