The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications, aligning with Newmark's commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications. Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies. Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on design and implementation. Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionalities remain unaffected by new developments. Participate in requirement reviews and provide input on potential risks and quality issues. Utilize automated testing tools to enhance testing efficiency and coverage. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing. Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in software testing, including manual and automated testing methodologies. Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or similar platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Preferred Skills: Experience in the real estate or financial services industry. Knowledge of Agile development methodologies. Certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE).
