Job Location: Poole, Dorset

Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Team Leader on a permanent basis for a client based in Poole.
Some Of Your Duties Will Include:
1. Leading a small team of Customer Service Advisors and providing all support needed to ensure customer service is always delivered to a high standard.
2. Providing excellent customer service via telephone and email and ensuring orders are processed accurately and enquiries are responded to in a correct, timely manner.
3. Liaising with various departments within the business to ensure orders are being processed, dispatched, and delivered on time.
4. Taking responsibility for the escalation and follow-up of issues.
We Are Looking For An Enthusiastic Person With:
1. Previous hands-on Supervisory/Management experience in a customer service environment is essential.
2. Able to mentor and develop a team to deliver company objectives.
3. Excellent customer service skills.
4. PC literate with experience of Microsoft Office packages.
