Account Executive
Location: Coventry (covering West Midlands & Wales)

Salary: Competitive + Uncapped Commission
About the Role
We are looking for a driven and proactive Account Executive to join a global leader in freight forwarding and logistics. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to manage and grow a portfolio of clients across the West Midlands and Wales, leveraging an extensive network of sales leads.
What You'll Do:
1. Develop and maintain relationships with small to enterprise sized businesses
2. Identify new sales opportunities and revisit existing leads in the system
3. Collaborate with internal teams to generate quotes and close deals
4. Work closely with regional management and product teams to drive growth
5. Travel within the West Midlands & Wales to meet clients and secure new business
What We're Looking For:
1. Self-starter with a proactive approach - someone who creates opportunities, not just waits for them
2. Strong sales experience with a proven ability to build relationships and close deals
3. Experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry
4. Comfortable working independently and managing a regional sales territory
