18Recruitment are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a leading Law Firm. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse caseload in residential property transactions. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in handling a wide range of matters. This will be done with a strong emphasis on client service. Key Responsibilities: Handling a caseload comprising residential property transactions. Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and regulatory requirements for conveyancing transactions from the time of inception to completion. Independently manage files, meeting and exceeding personal targets for efficiency and quality of service. Manage a residential property portfolio, that could include upcoming builds and shared ownership schemes. Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of property laws and regulations, ensuring compliance at all stages of the conveyancing process. Deliver high-quality legal solutions to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, driving business growth opportunities. Actively participate in business development activities, contributing to the firm's overall success. Collaborate effectively with colleagues, mortgage lenders, brokers, and other stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes for clients. Qualifications and skills: Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE, with experience residential conveyancing. Accredited under the Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS). Proven track record in business development and networking. Extensive knowledge of UK property laws and regulations. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
