We are supporting some of the most prestigious support and care locations in the UK and continue to offer outstanding person-centred care and support daily. The work we have available will be within Hull and surrounding areas, supporting adults in various settings such as residential, nursing, support and clinical facilities with daily tasks such as personal cares, companionship, and other complex needs. We are seeking individuals who want to join our fantastic team and continue to represent Atrium Healthcare to the highest of standards and deliver person centred care and support to all service users.

The Key Responsibilities of the job role:
Personal Care - supporting clients with their daily hygiene routines such as washing, dressing and grooming.
Work collaboratively with other staff members and professionals.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of interventions and outcomes
Provide emotional support and practical assistance to individuals to help them achieve their goals and aspirations
Work closely in a holistic approach to care
Establish trusting relationships with clients and their families.
Provide emotional support and encouragement to individuals requiring support.
Advocate for clients' needs and rights within the community and healthcare system.
Respond to crisis situations and provide immediate support to individuals in distress.
Implement crisis intervention techniques and de-escalation strategies.
Coordinate with emergency services when required.
Support clients in engaging with community resources and activities-cinema, appointments etc
The successful candidate will have:
A minimum of 6 months paid UK care experience
Driving licence and access to a vehicle (Desirable)
Flexibility to work
The right to work in the UK
Commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and autonomously
A can-do attitude
Excellent timekeeping skills
Empathy, patience, and a non-judgemental approach to working with individuals with mental health challenges.
