Job Description
Tarmac Trading Limited is looking for a talented Tarmac Facility Management Executive to join our team. As a key member of our facility management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of our facilities and ensuring that our assets are performing optimally.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, with experience in leading high-performing teams and implementing effective maintenance strategies. You will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing maintenance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed, and for collaborating with other departments to identify and prioritize maintenance needs.
Estimated Salary: £75,000 - £100,000 per annum
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to ensure optimal asset performance and minimize downtime.
* Lead and manage a high-performing maintenance team, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure individual growth and success.
* Monitor and analyze maintenance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
* Degree in a relevant field such as engineering, maintenance management, or a related discipline.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management, with a proven track record of success.
* Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing high-performing teams.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
