About the Compliance Coordinator job
The purpose of your role will be to take responsibility for developing, revising, and implementing quality standards and policies, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and consistently meeting the required business and legislative standards.
Key tasks
* Manage and improve food safety and QMS, ensuring compliance with legal standards and technical controls, while overseeing audits, data accuracy, and external laboratory management.
* Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues, drive corrective actions, support crisis management, and ensure accurate documentation and successful Retail/Food Service product launches.
* Oversee site audits, compliance documentation, and customer visits, managing KPIs, complaints, reviews, and ensuring timely audit closeouts.
* Collaborate with the Site Technical Manager to meet technical goals, support food safety culture, and deliver food safety training (HACCP, Internal Audits).
About You
A degree or equivalent in Food Science or related discipline.
Technical or Quality experience within the food industry.
Knowledge of food legislation, labelling, nutritional and allergen information.

The package includes cycle to work scheme, 20 days annual leave and sports and social fund.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.
