The job will involve the following ( Although a key part, its not just an admin role, it also involves customer contact, promoting our service to that client - not a cold call)
The role will involve the effective and accurate processing of Wills and LPAs - post them out to clients, check their accuracy once returned
Must be able to work on their own
Must be excellent communicator
Must have attention to detail
Although a quite manually intensive role ( printing, checking, posting) it will also involve using an online system to access the Wills, and a CRM system we use to effectively manage the processing of them ( similar to a Clickup type) so must be comfortable with this
The role will be for 20 hours per week, spread equally over 4 days ( negotiable which days) and the hourly rate will be £15. They do need to be in our Taunton office for at least 2 days per week and spaced out through the week i.e. not 2 consecutive days, there would need to be a day between them.
