Our client is a fast-growing FMCG company dedicated to creating a wide range of dairy-free products, including milks, creamers, barista products, and brewed-to-blend coffees. With a significant presence in the UK market and a mission to revolutionise the dairy alternatives sector, they are looking for talented individuals to join their journey.
The Role: We are seeking a Senior National Account Manager to join our client's strong, entrepreneurial team, focusing on Tesco, their largest and most significant account. This role is hybrid and offers a high level of autonomy, providing the chance to be heavily involved in all aspects of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales and achieve targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at Tesco and other major accounts.
* Lead negotiations and manage contracts to ensure favourable terms and conditions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and support for account initiatives.
* Analyse sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
* Monitor account performance and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve business objectives.
* Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on account status, performance, and strategic initiatives.
* Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
