A prestigious legal firm, highly regarded and recognized in the Legal 500, is currently in search of a talented Employment Paralegal to strengthen their growing team at their esteemed Brighton office.

Responsibilities & Duties:
The primary role and responsibilities encompass but are not limited to:
1. Managing cases and overseeing their progression under lawyer supervision.
2. Conducting evidence reviews and preparing case bundles, including identifying disclosable and unused materials.
3. Facilitating communication among clients, witnesses, experts, counsel, and other stakeholders.
4. Providing support throughout the fitness to practice process.
5. Conducting witness interviews and drafting witness statements.
6. Composing general correspondence and legal documents.
7. Assisting lawyers in formulating client advice on evidence, case prospects, and case advancement.
8. Participating in conferences and hearings.
9. Conducting research as required.
Minimum Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this position will possess a minimum of a 2:1 undergraduate degree, with an LPC qualification being advantageous (though not obligatory). They should exhibit a genuine passion for working with clients and effecting positive change in people's lives. Strong IT proficiency, along with the capacity to meet and manage deadlines and work toward a chargeable hours target, are essential. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate excellent written and administrative skills, adept problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills. Confidence, coupled with a person-centered approach, is highly valued.
