As a Schools Liaison Manager at Bournemouth University, you will lead the development and delivery of innovative and impactful engagement programmes with schools, colleges, and academies. Your work will focus on inspiring the next generation of learners, and supporting university recruitment targets while championing widening participation. In this role, you will design and deliver an engaging, audience-focused school programme, with a primary focus on supporting learners across Key Stages 3 and 4. You’ll also work closely with faculties and professional services to create a cohesive and strategic approach to outreach and recruitment. With line management responsibilities for a dynamic team, you will play a key role in ensuring the programme is impactful, well-evaluated, and delivered efficiently. We’re looking for a creative and organised leader who thrives on building meaningful relationships and delivering high-quality activities. You’ll need: Experience in planning, delivering, and evaluating innovative outreach programmes. A strong understanding of the UK education system at all levels. Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate a team and engage with a wide range of stakeholders. Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
