We’re looking for an empathetic and detail-oriented Complaints Lead to join our client’s team. In this role, you’ll manage resident complaints, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and deliver customer-focused solutions to improve satisfaction. Key Details: Temporary role for four months Full-time, 35 hours per week Rate: £15.84 ph PAYE (Umbrella rate: TBC) Your Role: Manage a caseload of resident complaints related to housing issues. Deliver high-quality, stage one complaint responses in line with the Housing Ombudsman Complaint Handling Code. Liaise with complainants, contractors, and internal teams to deliver effective resolutions. Maintain accurate records of complaints and ensure timely updates. Ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements are consistently met. What We’re Looking For: Experience managing customer complaints, preferably within a housing environment. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Analytical and empathetic approach to problem-solving.
