An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Bettys People (HR) team and we are looking for a People (HR) Administrator Apprentice to join our team from March 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR while pursuing formal qualifications through a Level 3 apprenticeship programme. Reporting to the People Advisor and working closely with the wider People team the purpose of this role is to engage with people and provide great customer service by providing generalist People Administration. Your support will enable understanding, capability, governance and delivery of HR policies and procedures. Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to display absolute discretion and to maintain confidentiality. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours, Monday – Friday between the hours of 7am-7pm. You will be predominantly based at our Bakery on our Plumpton Park site however some travel to our other locations may be required. Once the apprenticeship commences you will spend one day a week studying. About you You must be able to meet the specific entry requirements of the apprenticeship and undertake the studying and coursework required to complete the course and end point assessment. The current main entry requirements would be grade 4/C in GCSE English and maths as this a Level 3 qualification. We are seeking a candidate who has a positive attitude, is enthusiastic and willing to learn. You should have strong organisational abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. You will need good people skills to enable strong relationships to be built and maintained. You should have experience of working with Microsoft Office packages.
