Duties include:- Developing a creative programme of educational and leisure activities which supports the learning and developmental needs of the children. To be responsible for ensuring the provision meets Ofsted standards. To work closely with the Headteacher and SLT to deliver the clubs objectives. Promoting and encouraging parental involvement and maintaining ongoing communication. Responsible for purchasing food and supervising the distribution of snacks and drinks to children following all associated procedures for food hygiene and children s individual dietary requirements. To manage staff working in the before and after school club.
