An accurate, confidential and supportive administration service for patients, clinical teams, carers and internal and external agencies (e.g. Local Authority, Third Sector, CAIS) in order to provide a safe and efficient patient pathway and appropriate support to families and carers.
The post holder will support the delivery of a comprehensive high-quality secretarial administrative service.
Main duties of the job
Working as part of a team, the post holder will be required to provide an efficient and effective secretarial service to the team, supporting the delivery of a high-quality service to patients and staff.
Applicants must be extremely flexible to meet the needs of the service, have a pleasant personality, and a positive approach to their work. A good standard of education, adaptability, and strong organisational skills are essential.
Sufficient secretarial experience and knowledge of the Patient Administration System (WPAS) is essential.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

* NVQ Business Administration L3 or equivalent experience
* RSA/OCR level 2 or equivalent experience (must be a proficient user of Microsoft Word)
* AMSPAR - City & Guilds L3
* NVQ Customer Service L3
Experience
* Knowledge of a range of administrative processes
* Experience of working in a busy office environment
* Experience of working within the NHS
Skills
* Competently communicates professionally and effectively with all levels of staff both verbally and in writing
