Specification Sales Manager
Salary: £48-52,000 +20% bonus + car
Opportunity to take a national lead in specification projects
THE ROLE : As a Specification Manager for the Southern Home Counties, you will not only maintain and grow a successful customer base of main and sub-contractors, but also look to identify and develop a pipeline of larger public sector projects via end users and architects. The projects side of your role will involve close networking and relationship building with Architects, Consultants and delivering CPD presentations. Working as part of a close knit and highly successful sales team, you will represent a profitable and forward thinking washroom brand. The position will require you to demonstrate your understanding of specifiers and end users, from tender and brief through to managing contractors through the sales cycle. Key to success in this role is a proven track record of working with architects and consultants with case studies to demonstrate similar public sector projects you have delivered on in the past.

Five years or more in construction sales. Proven track record in specification selling within washrooms, kitchens or similar sector
