Join this women-owned wealth management firm where you'll provide administrative support to 2 Financial Advisors! There are two openings in Plymouth and Bloomington, MN. Details below:
Details:
1. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30 pm or 9am-5pm (open to both schedules)
2. Location: 100% in office in Bloomington and Plymouth (two openings at two locations)
3. Type: Temp to hire on permanent - they want someone long term
4. Pay: $21-$25/hr depending on experience level
Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the main liaison between clients and Advisors, scheduling meetings, and strengthening the advisor/client relationship.
2. Review and ensure invoices are correct - light accounting duties involved.
3. Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage client interactions and maintain accurate records.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project management and execution of client requests.
5. Assist in the development of marketing strategies to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
6. Prepare for client meetings and presentations.
Requirements:
1. Professional work experience in an administrative role is required.
2. Any experience involving invoicing, financial tracking, AP/AR, accounting, or general financial acumen is beneficial.
3. Experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel).
4. Welcoming energy and professional appearance.
5. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
6. Experience with CRM software.
7. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
