A Day in the Life
In this role, you will provide expert and proficient administrative support to the Business Director of Neuromodulation Operating Unit in Northern Western Europe Region, including Nordics, UK&I and Netherlands. Independently perform complex and diverse administrative and project management duties while taking a proactive approach to anticipate and meet needs. Daily activities may include interaction with high-level contacts and exposure to sensitive information requiring considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgment.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
* Provide proactive administrative support including preparing communications, scheduling and coordinating meetings, conferences and travel (regional and international)
* Support management of special projects and coordinate events and meetings
* Organizing complex meetings, demonstrating capability in audio conferences, video conferences, and a mastery of other technology as needed. Plan, prepare and coordinate special meetings including agendas, meeting materials, logistics, action items, travel and catering
* Work independently, anticipating next steps, taking initiative, exercising discretion and sound judgment to ensure the leader and team are well-prepared for all elements of their daily and weekly schedule. Demonstrate learning agility and be able to pivot to accomplish tasks and assignments quickly
* Act as an information resource for Medtronic standards and policies, quality & regulatory procedures, compliance policies to ensure & drive quality results
* Prioritize and execute special projects as needed
Required Knowledge and Experience:
* 3+ years of administrative or event management experience
* Project management skills
* Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Positive Mindset and personality with a “Can do” attitude
* MS Office – Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Demonstrated complex problem-solving skills would be an advantage as would a flexible and agile attitude and the capacity to handle tasks in a constantly changing environment.
