Community Fundraising Officer Annual Salary: £26,500 - £28,500 (dependent on experience and qualifications) Location: Salisbury, Wiltshire Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home Join our team as a Community Fundraising Officer to plan and deliver a variety of community fundraising activities. This role is ideal for someone with excellent organizational and communication skills, eager to contribute to our growth and community engagement. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Design and manage supporter journeys for community fundraisers to maximize fundraising returns. Distribute fundraising materials and manage general enquiries. Recruit and manage volunteers for local community events and fundraising initiatives. Identify and manage attendance at Third Party Events to engage supporters and enhance our brand presence. Collaborate on developing annual community fundraising strategies to increase income. Oversee the community fundraising budget, ensuring accurate financial management. Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Flexible, with a can-do attitude, able to work under pressure. Willing to work additional hours during events. Experience in community/event fundraising and knowledge of CRM databases (desirable).
