Are you a wizard at tweaking apps and making them run smoothly? We're on the hunt for an Application Support Analyst in Ōtautahi (Christchurch) who can keep our systems in tip-top shape, solve problems in a flash, demystify software, and ensure our applications are always on their best behaviour.
As an Application Support Analyst, you’ll troubleshoot and resolve application issues with minimal disruption to the business. You’ll also keep performance in check, ensure security is top-notch, and work closely with different teams to make sure everything is aligned and functioning at its best. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in continually improving our applications, ensuring they evolve alongside our business needs and technological advancements.

1. A knack for problem-solving and a proactive, pragmatic approach to fixing things.
2. Experience in application support, troubleshooting, and making sure things run at their best.
3. A genuine interest in technology and always looking for ways to improve.
4. A solid understanding of security, compliance, and keeping things running safely.
5. The ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with all kinds of people (techies and non-techies).
6. A passion for enabling process with technology and a love of automation alike.
