We are working on behalf of our fantastic client to find a friendly and efficient Temporary Receptionist for an ongoing week-to-week basis. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and welcome visitors
2. Answer and direct phone calls
3. Manage mail and deliveries
4. Maintain a tidy reception area
5. Assist with scheduling and general admin tasks
Requirements:
1. Experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Strong organisational abilities
Location: Hassocks, East Sussex
Hours:
1. Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
2. Friday: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM
