Position Overview
Our client is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead and oversee the organization’s human capital strategy, culture, and people operations. In this fully remote role, the CHRO will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives that align the workforce with organizational goals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation, and ensuring compliance with global HR best practices. This position requires monthly travel to the company’s headquarters for strategic collaboration and planning with the executive leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive human capital strategy that supports the organization’s mission and long-term goals.
2. Drive organizational change initiatives, including workforce transformation, DEI strategies, and leadership development.
3. Oversee the talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies to ensure the organization attracts and retains top-tier talent.
4. Partner with executive leadership to create a culture aligned with the company’s values and vision.
5. Lead the design and implementation of performance management, compensation, and benefits programs.
6. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and global HR best practices.
7. Build and manage a high-performing HR team that delivers exceptional results.
8. Collaborate across functions to drive employee engagement and optimize the employee lifecycle.
9. Develop and manage HR analytics to measure and report on workforce performance and organizational health.
10. Champion initiatives that foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree in HR preferred.
2. Extensive experience as a CHRO or in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in a high-growth or transformational environment.
3. Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives.
4. Expertise in talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement.
5. Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and global HR practices.
6. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment while fostering collaboration across global teams.
8. Experience managing change and driving cultural transformation within an organization.
