The Move in Coordinator/Sales Counselor is responsible for resident satisfaction and providing the highest quality of service to each resident at all times. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Know and live the mission and values of All Seasons Maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor at all times. Greet every customer with a smile at 10 feet and a verbal greeting at 5 feet Ability to read, analyze, interpret and effectively explain items on resident folios Know residents by name and their preference Assist residents with restaurant reservations and schedule individual chauffeuring needs Always answer the telephone within three rings with a smile and answer questions accordingly or transfer as needed PERSONAL QUALITIES: Exceptional customer service skills Must be able to multi-task effectively in a busy environment Must be well organized Must have the ability to apply appropriate resolution to stressful situations QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION: Able to perform basic computer skills (including Excel, Word and Outlook) BEZTAK PERKS & BENEFITS: Beztak has an exciting, growth-focused culture, and we strongly believe in promotion from within.
