You will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive occupational health service, including health surveillance, risk assessments, fitness for work assessments, and health promotion activities. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct pre-employment health assessments and provide fitness for work advice. • Manage and carry out health surveillance programmes in line with statutory requirements and best practice. • Provide expert advice on work-related health issues and sickness absence management. • Develop and implement health promotion initiatives to enhance employee wellbeing. • Work closely with HR, Health & Safety, and line managers to support the management of occupational health cases. • Maintain accurate and confidential health records in accordance with GDPR and professional standards. • Assist in the development of policies and procedures related to occupational health and safety. • Keep up to date with current occupational health practices and legislative requirements. This is a part-time position working 3-4 days and will be a mix of onsite and home working.
