Job Description:
Experienced and Target driven Senior Sales Manager for VIVOTEK’s solution selling across UKI region, responsible for developing new business, promoting VIVOTEK solutions, managing integrator relationships, and driving sustainable growth.
This role demands a proactive characteristic who can both generate a robust project pipeline and meet ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive VIVOTEK Product Sales
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy specifically for VIVOTEK products, targeting revenue growth and market expansion.
Identify high-potential markets and customer segments within the region.
Workout doable plans and implement actions to meet or exceed sales targets.
2. Business Development
Actively network and establish new business contacts, including system integrators, distributors, and consultants.
Proactively reach out to potential partners and clients to establish new business opportunities.
Build a network of strategic contacts to support long-term business growth.
3. Promotion and Training
Organize and conduct training sessions for integrators, distributors, consultants to promote the advantages of VIVOTEK solutions.
Modify customer driven content of materials to support regional’s VIVOTEK product awareness.
Keep partners informed about new products, updates, and industry advancements to encourage frequent engagement with VIVOTEK solutions.
4. Channel Partner Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and channel partners in partnership with VIVOTEK.
Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing support, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment with VIVOTEK’s goals.
Offer tailored recommendations on suitable VIVOTEK camera solutions, assisting channel partners with product comparisons and strategic decisions.
5. Market Growth & Pipeline Management
Identify and pursue new opportunities to drive sustainable growth within the region.
Establish and maintain a robust project pipeline, ensuring consistent activity that aligns with sales targets.
Develop long-term growth strategies focused on expanding market share in key segments.
6. Product Demonstrations & Presentations
Plan and conduct on-site visits to deliver live product demonstrations and showcase the value of VIVOTEK solutions.
Prepare presentations tailored to the needs of different audiences, from sales, technical staff to executive clients.
Lead speaking seminars and workshops to highlight VIVOTEK’s products, capabilities, and industry insights.
7. Market Awareness
Regularly monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the IP video and surveillance sector.
Gather insights to stay informed of industry changes, customer demands, and technology advancements.
Use market knowledge to inform sales strategies and adapt to shifting industry dynamics.
8. Project Generation and Execution
Identify potential projects in focus vertical markets and follow up to ensure their successful execution.
Participate in project specifications, working closely with stakeholders to position VIVOTEK as the preferred solution.
Convert specifications and tenders into actionable leads, collaborating with the sales team to close deals effectively.
9. Event Participation
Represent VIVOTEK at trade shows, seminars, webinars, and other industry events to promote brand visibility.
Network with potential clients, partners, and industry professionals to expand VIVOTEK’s market presence.
Actively engage in promotional activities that align with VIVOTEK’s sales and marketing strategy.
10. Reporting and Target Tracking
Provide regular, detailed reports on sales performance, including key metrics, target achievements, and pipeline status.
Track progress toward targets and highlight any challenges or successes.
Ensure leadership is well-informed about regional activities, project progress, and forecasted sales outcomes.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
