Overview:
An exciting opportunity to join our top ranked and growing Planning team.
Due to an exciting pipeline of work, we are looking for an experienced specialist planning solicitor to join our highly regarded and expanding Planning team. Our team frequently undertakes work on projects of national significance for household name clients, including: new town and strategic residential projects; major infrastructure & energy schemes; planning appeals.
The ideal candidate will have some previous experience and a keen interest in one or more of the following areas:
1. promoting DCO's and major infrastructure;
2. planning appeals and related advisory work;
3. strategic residential experience including drafting section 106 agreements.
The successful candidate will get to undertake great work, working collaboratively as part of a large experienced team based in a single site location.
This is an interesting opportunity for those looking to progress their career and who are ambitious for progression in a leading commercial firm based outside of London.
What we are looking for:
* Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years PQE as a specialist planning solicitor.
