Salary: From £67,500 - £73,125 Depending on Experience

The Role
We are currently recruiting for a new Enterprise Architect to work in our Operations team.
The Enterprise Architect will work across different levels within the organisation to understand business problems and opportunities to translate into business change and technical delivery.
You will identify priorities for change to enable delivery at pace and lead and influence the delivery of cross-cutting capabilities that enable change.
You will own the enterprise architecture vision, strategy and roadmaps from a business, technology and data perspective for a business area, including ‘as is’, ‘to be’ and transitional states and consult and support collaboration across the business.
To be considered for this role you must be able to understand commercial processes and the appropriate internal contacts in BBB. You will understand different sourcing strategies and when to apply them and be adept at communicating between the technical and non-technical. You will be able to listen to the needs of technical and business stakeholders and interpret them and effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
You must be able to demonstrate a working understanding of design, technology and data principles and show your understanding of a variety and complexity of colleagues’ digital needs, and how the product will meet those needs.
You will be experienced in supporting and advising on the development of a future state architecture aligned to strategy and be able to lead on the translation of business drivers, goals and constraints into business objectives.
You must be able to work within a strategic context and communicate how activities meet strategic goals.
