As the Product Marketing Manager for search, you will own the end to end planning and implementation of successful campaigns that acquire and nurture users for our bespoke property deals search engine and app. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business and make a true impact. Responsibilities We are a marketing-oriented business, which is how we’ve achieved continuous growth over the years. We want you to be the champion of your products, with deep understanding of the market to drive results. Own marketing activities which target users in the market for property investment deals, in order to drive traffic to the search products. Lead the CRO strategy to convert viewers into enquiries and platform users. Running cross-channel campaigns that lead to profitable monetisation. Nurturing existing users to maximise customer LTV. Collaborating effectively with the wider team and partner network to gain insight into customer behaviour and optimise your campaigns for optimal conversion rates. Stay up to date with the competitive landscape to refine product features and develop a sustainable competitive advantage. Produce high quality content to support the deployment of your marketing tactics. Drive the development and evolution of your products: collect feedback from users and drive improvements to improve user experience, remove friction points, grow stickiness and other core metrics. Actively seek new opportunities to reach new market segments, such as launching brand collaborations or taking part in exhibitions. Liaise with SEO and paid campaigns’ agencies, leveraging their expertise to run successful campaigns with demonstrable ROI. Manage the content creation, email marketing and other day to day activities that will support your success and delivery of KPIs. Monitor and analyse key marketing metrics to be able to demonstrate campaign effectiveness and report on performance. What we are looking for Previous experience in a Product Marketing Manager role would be advantageous but is not essential. If you feel that the role is right for you, then we want to hear from you Essential experience: 3 years of experience in a marketing role. Experience utilising various digital and traditional marketing channels and demonstrating results. Strong understanding of lead generation tactics and building a funnel, combining different sources and building marketing automations. Confident user of various CMS and CRM systems. Ability to combine data sets to produce insights and report on campaigns’ effectiveness. Experience using creative apps such as Adobe Creative Cloud to be able to produce assets for your day-to-day needs. You will have access to specialist content creators too for larger projects such as brochures or long-form video editing. Soft skills and personal attributes: Resourceful, driven attitude to ‘make things happen’. Customer-centric approach. Highly organised, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively. Anlytical, results-driven mindset.
