Champions UK plc requires a PR & Outreach Executive to schedule in-house interviews with everyone from celebrities to sportspeople. You will work closely with our Music & Entertainment and Speaking Departments to network, interview, transcribe and outreach exclusive interviews to online publications. You will also work with our social media team to craft high-quality YouTube content and develop a successful SEO/PR strategy.


Daily Tasks of a PR & Outreach Executive at Champions

1. Be introduced to interviewees by the Sales Team
2. Communicate with celebrities, sportspeople, businesspeople and more
3. Liaise and schedule exclusive interviews, including virtual call invite/link
4. Research the interviewee and write relevant interview questions
5. Conduct the interview with a friendly and professional demeanour
6. Share the content with the social media team
7. Source and contact editors of relevant online publications to outreach the content
8. Propose relevant speakers and interview questions to publications
9. Transcribe the content and format the Q&A
