We are looking for a dedicated Technical Admin Specialist to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, data-driven individual with a passion for technical project support and a strong understanding of the chemical industry and REACH legislation. About the Role As the Technical Admin Specialist, you will work closely with project managers, clients, and data holders to gather, manage, and disseminate critical chemical information. Your primary responsibilities will involve maintaining databases, coordinating client invoicing, and responding to client inquiries, ensuring the highest standard of compliance with chemical regulations, particularly those related to REACH and Safety Data Sheets. Key Responsibilities: Work with Project Managers and clients to support global chemicals management compliance projects. Handle annual and monthly accounting transactions (invoicing, WIP/Accrual tracking) for the Representation business. Maintain accurate records, manage data processing tasks, and keep client records up to date. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with chemical regulations and safety standards. Apply expertise in chemical information to manage client inquiries and ensure adherence to legal obligations. Organize and facilitate meetings with clients via telephone, MS Teams, or in-person when required. Ensure expert knowledge of applicable chemicals management regulations across jurisdictions. Contribute to knowledge sharing and skills development across local and global teams. Required Skills and Experience: Higher education qualification (e.g., HND/HNC) in a relevant scientific subject. Good knowledge of chemical information, ideally with experience in the chemicals or regulatory sector. Experience in a business environment, particularly in chemicals or regulatory compliance. Strong organisational and data management skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Familiarity with Chemical Safety Data Sheets and EU/UK chemical regulations, with particular interest in the REACH Only Representative role.
