Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
1. Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
2. Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.
3. Perform data entry tasks accurately into our computerised systems.
4. Manage scheduling and appointments using Google Suite.
5. Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
6. Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
7. Handle basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as required.
8. Support other administrative staff with various office tasks as needed.
Experience
1. Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
2. Proficient in using Google Suite and other office software applications.
3. Strong typing skills with a keen eye for detail in data entry tasks.
4. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
5. Familiarity with QuickBooks is an advantage but not essential.
6. A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service are essential for success in this role.

Pay: £22,667.00-£24,027.00 per year
