At Kennedy Street, we’re committed to transforming lives by providing hope, support, and safe spaces for people on their recovery journey. This December, we’re hosting our annual Christmas Art Auction —a heartwarming fundraising event that brings together stunning art from local and international artists, all in support of addiction recovery services.
To make this event a success, we need passionate and skilled volunteers to join our team. Take a look at the key factors we're looking for for this role:
Responsibilities:
* Reach out to artists and collectors to secure art pieces for the auction
* Coordinate the drop-off, transportation, and cataloging of donated artwork
Skills Needed:
* Excellent communication and networking skills
* Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
Start Date: ASAP
Key Milestones:
* Connect with potential donors and secure artwork (by early May)
* Collect and catalog donated pieces (June - September)
* Ensure all artworks are event-ready (by late September)
