This close knit team provide support to adults over 25 with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
Main Duties:
Barnet and Chase Farm Team are looking for an experienced Social Workers who is enthusiastic, dynamic and resilient. You will need to have knowledge and experience of relevant legislation. You will need to have previous experience of working in a hospital environment in a Senior or ATM Social Work role. 5x days a week in office on site.

* Strong written and verbal communication
* Minimum of 2 years experience
