My client is looking for support within Sales Support admin with some Reception duties based in B62.There will also be an aspect of HR within this position howewver we are mainly focussed on the Sales side with upselling wherever possible.
£11.44, increases to £11.82 after training.

Assistance with employee relations matters, including, grievance & disciplinary
Resolution of all customer matters or general queries efficiently and effectively and in line with Company timescales, quantities and procedures
Escalation of all matters when needed to internal experts as may be required for support
Maintains customer contact to deliver resolutions ensuring all records are up to date, accurate and accessible
Uses various platforms for customer contact / resolution, ie. phone calls, live chats, multi platform email and ensures messages are replied to professionally, satisfactory and with the right solution for all parties in a timely manner
Execute the order process from the beginning to the end including after-sales support with high attention to detail
Liaison with couriers related to customer queries, ie. lost orders etc
Processes replacement orders
Processes refunds
Adhere to all internal policies and procedures
Processing of Amazon SFP orders as required including working on rota on a Saturday and bank holidays as required
Assists with shipment container bookings & associated communications as required
Places orders and maintains the stationary & janitorial cupboard for the site with relevant managers as required
Place orders and maintains other purchases for the site in conjunction with relevant managers as required
Arranges waste collection as appropriate
Assist with annual schedule of facilities management works & arrange services as required, forwarding all relevant quotes & invoices appropriately
Assist with annual schedule of powered vehicle works & arrange services as required, forwarding all relevant quotes & invoices appropriately
Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, & directing them appropriately. Notifies Company personnel of visitor arrival
Controls the external barrier for visitor control & monitors CCTV footage
Maintains security by following procedures & monitoring logbook
Operates telecommunication system by following manufacturer’s instructions for internal phone system
Keeps a safe & clean reception area by complying with all procedures
Ensure all telephone & email enquiries are answered in a timely & professional manner & that all queries are either dealt with at source or escalated to the relevant department
Ensure that all couriers & deliveries to Reception are dealt with in a timely & professional manner & documentation is processed
Send & receive all post & ensure that items are correctly distributed to the relevant people / department, external post collection
Ensures the site intruder & fire alarm system is fully operational & escalates faults as appropriate
Assists with weekly fire alarm test / fire drills
Acts as Fire Marshall within appointed zone as may be required
