We are looking for an experienced administrator to join us to work in Children’s Social Care on a 6-month fixed term basis as part of our Business Support Team. The position is within the Independent Reviewing Team and is for 30 – 37 hours per week.
Our administration team provides comprehensive business support to the Multi Agency Reviewing Service that arranges and supports the function of reviewing Care Plans for Children in Care. The team works closely with our Independent Reviewing Officers to ensure that reviews are held in a timely way and that Care Plans adequately support the needs of children and young people.
About You
We are looking for someone with experience of working in a confidential office environment and the ability to manage your workload to meet deadlines. We would like applicants to have excellent IT and communication skills and be able to demonstrate a flexible approach. Good coordination skills and the ability to record accurate meeting notes is essential.
