Established in 1986 our client is an experienced BRE-accredited fire protection provider in Northamptonshire, who specialise in delivering exceptional fire protection and acoustic projects on time and within budget. They’ve successfully handled projects across sectors like Industrial, Councils, Housing, Retail, Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Aviation, Prisons, Leisure, and Government.
They are now looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious and confident individual to join their office as a Business Administration Apprentice. This role is ideal for someone looking to kick-start their career in Business administration with potential progression.
Job Duties:
* Working with the Office manager
* Answering calls and responding to emails professionally
* Allocating work to installers handsets
* Organising and confirming bookings with residents
* Assisting with booking accommodation, train tickets and parking when required
* Generating certification and reports
* Assisting the contract managers with day-to-day running of projects
* Other administrative duties
The ideal candidate will be confident in using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. We also use a variety of different software packages for which full training will be provided. For this role you must be a fast learner with a high attention to detail, the ability to prioritise tasks and have a good telephone manner. A car driver would be beneficial due to the location of the role.
This role will be supported by Starting Offs Level 3 Business Administrator qualification.
