In partnership with Nottingham Trent University, this 4-year apprenticeship programme will align your studies to real work experience at one of our sites, allowing you to earn a great salary and become an integral part of our site Operations team. You will be working towards the Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship, to achieve a BA (hons) in Management and Leadership, as well as professional recognition by the Chartered Management Institute. Our Degree Apprenticeship provides a blend of on and off the job learning, exposure, experience, and education so that you can develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours to kickstart your career. Your role will involve leading a team of people responsible for the production of our products at one of our manufacturing sites. At the end of the programme, you will transition into a management role that supports your future career goals of becoming a leadership and management professional in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Our Operations function is responsible for manufacturing great quality products for our customers. You\\\'ll gain hands-on experience ensuring that our production lines within the factory operate in an efficient and economical way, meeting our customer requirements to a consistently high standard, and motivating and engaging others. Our operation is 24/7 so you will be required to work shifts. These will vary depending on site and could include early starts from 5am, rotating night shifts and weekends.
