Managing a 360 perms desk you will be combining new business development, client relationship management, candidate sourcing, and interview process management - all the way through to successful placements. Alongside this, you will be working closely with the Branch Manager, with a clear pathway to stepping into Management within 6 - 12 months.
The Role:
Business Development - Generating new client leads and establishing strong relationships
