What you can expect: The Marketing and Communications Specialist for ROSEN’s Competence Club is mainly responsible for the coordination, implementation and administration of marketing and communication activities, platforms and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Acting as cross-functional specialist for the provision of editorial, design and digital marketing and communication activities.
* Support for execution of projects and campaigns.
* Creation, publication and administration of content for all communication channels for B2B, B2C, B2A & more. This includes video creation, graphic design (Adobe InDesign), content creation for multiple channels (ROSEN’s Competence Club website and LMS, brochure, social media, mailings and more).
* Structured administration and communication of all ROSEN’s Competence Club materials and databases, including customer feedback and lead generation.
* Monitoring and interpretation of KPI-based data and analytics to provide insights and report aligned to the business lines marketing strategy.
* Supporting global events and training courses, from concept to delivery with key stakeholders.
* Supporting the ongoing development and day-to-day management of ROSEN’s Competence Club LMS platform.
* Being at the frontline of customer support, including answering queries and engaging in feedback.
* Ethical, timely, trustful communication within and about the ROSEN Group.
What you will bring:
* A structured way of working with high abilities in organization and administration.
* Good knowledge about media structures, channels and systems.
* Good Point/Excel/Word skills.
* Good content & asset management skills.
* Basic design and visualization skills.
* University degree in Marketing or related field.
